We work with our new implementation partner to fund water projects in Cambodia. In August 2012, Alistair Newmarch and Wayne Arthur will attempt to swim the English Channel. Their goal over the next 12 months is to raise awareness and much needed funds for the One Foundation.
Please help them to achieve their goal of raising $20,000.
Money raised for the One Water, One Channel Swim will be used to deliver clean water to communities that need the most help. Instead of walking for hours to collect water, children can go to school and entire communities benefit from access to fresh drinking water. Excess water can be used to irrigate vegetable gardens, giving communities the opportunity to grow and sell their own crops.
